Sparco DS Global LLP was founded in the year 2017 with the sole vision of improving the quality of life of its customers. With technology at its heart, the company ventured out in 30 global markets just within 15 months of its formation and has already established cost leadership in the areas it operates in.
Sparco DS Global LLP New Delhi has been established with an objective of having forward integration and become the leading exporter of batteries from India by 2025.The company has office in Delhi, India and Jabel Ali, UAE for handling our diverse customers and markets. The company’s products and services include Batteries, PV Batteries, Energy Storage Solutions, Waste to Energy and its management. As a new brand, the company boasts itself on already having presence in more than 35 countries with remarkable presence and have mobilized 38 MW of solar power plants and have a pipeline of 260MW of projects. Currently company exports its products to more than 35 countries and also support a few big brands as their OEM supplier for African, Middle East and SAARC Countries.
These high-end products are made in the company’s 5 state-of-the-art manufacturing units situated in Sonepat, Gurgaon and Delhi. With R&D at its core, SDS has entered into innovative technical collaboration with some of the big names in the industry to speed up the growth engine of the company. The company currently have manufacturing capacity of 2.6 Million batteries annually. By the end of year 2025, the company is aiming at manufacturing 7 Million batteries by including complete range of Industrial & Automotive batteries in its product range. We have made an exception to import highly accredited USA technology and amalgamated the same with his experiences and expertise of 40years of the trade to ultimately design and develop a path breaking technology for battery industry i.e. High Performance and Low Maintenance batteries after considering the very requirements of its global clients. Today company exports its products in many customer brands and also promotes its in house Brand of Altima, Kipor, Durotech and Altratek.

Mr. Dhananjay Sharma, Co-Founder of Sparco DS Global LLC is a renowned Global Business Leader in the renewable energy & Power back-up Segment. His entrepreneurial journey is embellished with taking his brand to 30 countries, merely within 24 months of establishing the company. Having made the brand’s presence felt in Middle East, Africa and South East Asia Region, he is now embarking upon a journey to cover the rest of the world.
Mr. Dhananjay has nearly two decades of rich experience and before starting his journey as a new age entrepreneur, he spearheaded the strategic direction of global operations for Indian conglomerates and established the India brand on the global map. He is accredited with bringing game changing innovation to the Indian renewable energy & power back-up Industry which gave our country an edge over China.
He prides himself on rich industry knowledge and has been a very active member with ESC Africa Committee (run by Electronic and Software Export Promotion Council, Govt. of India, India Africa Community, CII and FIEO.
Mr. Dhananjay holds PGDBM, EPGDIB and Various leadership program from IIMT, IIFT (Indian Institute of Foreign Trade) and ISB (Indian School of Business).
Mr. Arvind Tuli, Co-Founder of the Company, graduated with a B.Tech – Mechanical engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Pune & M.Sc in manufacturing systems engineering from University of Warwick, United Kingdom .He holds Certificate in Export Management from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Delhi. He has over 15 years of experience in the battery manufacturing sector. He heads the production, quality & compliance area of the company. Mr. Tuli has been a Partner of the Company since its incorporation and very actively leads the company with his extensive experience in the field. His entrepreneurial journey is embellished with taking his brand to 24 countries, merely within 14 months of establishing the company. Having made the brand’s presence felt in Middle East, Africa and South East Asia Region, he is now embarking upon a journey to cover the rest of the world.
As Co-Founder & Partner of M/s Sparco DS Global LLP, Mr. Amit Tuli, graduated with a B.Com ( Hons ) from Hindu College, New Delhi & Certificate Program in Export Management from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Delhi. He has over two decades of experience in Battery Industry. He manages financial operations of the company. As a Co-founder of the company since its inception and with his extensive knowledge of the product and industry, Mr. Amit Tuli is working now to achieve new heights in the industry. He is responsible for the overall Finance, Internal Audit and Risk Management for the Company and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the Company.
